Crime Stories is an American documentary crime television program that was broadcast on Court TV/TruTV from January 8, 1998 to December 2010. The program was hosted by Bill Courage, and featured the investigation of crimes, including the apprehension of suspects and the subsequent interviewing by police and the trial of the suspects, whilst exploring the complexities of the American legal system. It also featured infamous historic criminals corresponding to Al Capone, Adolf Eichmann, Sam Sheppard, Richard Ramirez and John Wayne Gacy. Born and Bred was a light-hearted British comedy drama collection that aired on BBC One from 21 April 2002 to three August 2005. Created by Chris Chibnall and Nigel McCrery, Born and Bred’s forged was led by James Bolam and Michael French, who play a father and son who run a cottage hospital in Ormston, a fictional Lancashire village in the Fifties. Bolam and French’s characters are later replaced by characters performed by Richard Wilson and Oliver Milburn.
